Guaranteed good working condition. This is a used original BMW part. This mirror has auto dimming, alarm LED, and rain sensor options. Please check the back of your mirror to make sure the part number matches 8 236 774. This mirror will not work in cars with SOS option unless the wiring is modified. If you plug this mirror into a car with SOS you will overload the auto-dim circuit and the dimming fluid will leak out. The power wires for SOS have to be removed first. If you have any questions, please contact us before purchase so we can make sure you receive the correct mirror for your car.”

Unreliable, will fail
Avoid auto-dimming mirrors from this generation BMW. They are unreliable and will likely fail, leaking fluid onto you and your car. Manual dimming or a reliable aftermarket product are the way to go. I tried to replace a failed mirror with a "like-new" one and it immediately failed worse than the original.
