    One of the Best...

    It is very quiet and easy to control, and sounds great. Around 1 second of full Analog Delay time with 3 chips, plus 3 multi tap delay switches for a huge variety of rhythms and textures. Because it is so quiet, it's oscillation character is super usable and musical. Only weakness is lack of Tap Tempo, but this pedal still has so many possible uses that it really doesn't matter that much.

    Full and Warm

    I've been taking effect pedals to the extreme since 1986, I've always heard about these and finally worked with one that belonged to my friend. I was not disappointed when I got my own, full and warm like TRUE analog should sound. A hell of a bargain at this price too.

    Classic lush analog delay

    The Maxon AD999 turns out to be all I'd hoped for. Warm analog delay with character. Pretty dark as you'd expect but with a beautiful shimmer and intoxicating detail. Quite wonderful. Best paired with a brighter amp I suspect.

    Perfect Analog Delay!

    This is the best analog delay I have tried. If I had known it existed when I first started buying delays it would have saved a few hundred dollars. The long delay time and excellent tone make this pedal a must have.
