    Beat up box was was new, Lutron PRO is the best!

    The retail package was beat up and sealed with a piece of scotch tape it looked like open box or a shelf pull or maybe salvaged from somewhere but the content was new as advertised. For the price I would buy it again saved at least $55 over retail. The Lutron Caseta PRO hub is the one you want it integrates with so many other systems and has a higher functionality that the standard Lutron Caseta bridge does. Lutron is also the only quality system I have found that offers some switches not needing a neutral wire making retrofitting an older home much easier.

    Quality of Life!

    My first time seeing this product in action was by a relatives house. We were eating dinner and watching the game when we finished there was no need to get up, just say Alexa shut the lights in the living room and done. He also had it hooked up to automated shades which was also amazing.
