Legitimate buyers wouldn’t alter a device before returning it or refuse a replacement if they truly needed it, as they’d still require working units. If shipping caused damage, they’d file an insurance claim, but they didn’t—likely to avoid fraud. Instead, they attempted a refund without returning anything.

Everything worked right out of the box. Very pleased with the unit itself. However, whoever packaged it did a terrible job; box arrived very dented with a small hole on bottom corner & the bubble packing was all on top of the unit; none on the bottom or sides; a true miracle nothing was damaged.
