DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY WITH THIS SELLER. Shame on me for not reading the other feedbacks, trimmer head was delivered by Amazon. Wrapped in an Amazon prime box. The gift receipt in the box gave me everything I needed to know. This seller buys these on Amazon for cheap, Then has them shipped with Amazon as a GIFT. The item is fine and same as described. Just a SCAMMER on eBay.

Had a problem with the shiipping....but these guys were awesome!!!!! Great communication and very fast corrective action. I've always said you can best tell about suppliers based upon how they react when you have a problem. THESE GUYS WERE INCREDIBLE!!! They learned that I did not get my item for use for the weekend (last delivery date was Saturday)....but they expedited another shipment for delivery on Monday.... That's customer service!!!!!!
