The packaging was open, but the item was described that way. It looks like the charging cable was not the original, and there was no charger (just the USB cable). I don't mind though, I have plenty of spare chargers. As far as I can tell, it seems to be fully functional. It came with a set of quick-start instructions, but I feel there should have been a more detailed booklet of instructions.
