Two week delay due to seller error with USPS label. Requested cancellation due to long wait. Seller shipped it again without honoring my request. Item arrived after 3 weeks and is not as pictured. I would not wear this anyway. Very poor construction. Looks home made.The two photos here compare what was received vs what was listed. There was no sash. The shape of the skirt received is a simple A-line & is not like the wide hem in the listing.
