Great seller, B+. My item was somewhat poorly packaged. When the heater arrived the fan inside the housing was broken loose causing the heater to be inoperable. I sent a message to the seller and immediately got a refund no questions asked. I would recommend the seller as they were quick to make the situation right. I would recommend using bubble wrap or equivalent shock absorbing packing material. Thanks again for a pleasant experience, and an even bigger thanks for making it right.

Seller did pretty good on this, but it got by them that the USB connector was sheared off from the PC board inside. There is no way to power it up or run it. Once I reported it and showed them a photo, they immediately refunded full amount, no questions. I highly recommend dealing with sellers with this kind of high integrity - thank you for prompt response! Folks like this are a credit to the system!
