Item arrived safely but its original packaging was in damaged condition- looks like it was previously torn into (opened up) & was also damaged by water- stains all over the paper packaging. Fortunately, the fencing was in good order. No way to give it as a gift or to resell it- odd the listing didn't mention the rough package shape.     Response and Postal pick-up were quick but the shipping from California to here in Ohio was surprisingly smooth and fast. The packaging was simply and effective with no damage to the model. The photos accurately showed the model, the notes stated the one door would not stay on. Upon unpacking, both doors were off but upon reassembly both stayed on with a snug fit - great! Overall for a vintage boxcar in very good condition for a very low cost, an excellent value! Highly recommended! A++++++
