I sent a message to the seller asking them to pack it well and protect it. It was thrown into a box with NO PROTECTION. No bubble wrap or foam. Nothing. It arrived with a dent in the spine. Not huge, but if it had been protected, it wouldn’t have happened (you can see the dent in the shipping box, too). Seller dismissed it as being hardly anything. It wouldn’t be so bad, but this book was sold as “brand new” and it’s out of print. I’d avoid this seller.

The buyer couldn’t have been too unhappy since they removed the shrink-wrap and didn’t want to return it for a full refund, even after they opened it. I offered a $10 refund, but they wanted $20, which was ridiculous because there was barely any damage, so even though they opened the book and removed the shrink-wrap, I told them to send the book back and I would give them a full refund. The buyer refused to do this and is now leaving negative feedback.
