Perfect way to add IDE to a newer motherboard via PCI-Express
Works perfectly on my Gigabyte SATA only motherboard, instantly recognized by Windows 7, no extra drivers needed. Note that it requires a PCI-Express slot, not to be confused with the older PCI.
