Product Information

Inspired by games in the Cooking Mama series, Imagine: Master Chef has players preparing various meals by engaging in cooking-themed mini-games. Young Lisa wants to impress her out-of-town father by cooking him a special meal. This kicks off a surreal story that features talking stuffed animals and trips to the friendly neighborhood of Happy Town. The crux of the gameplay, however, is cooking meals at a leisurely pace without the added pressure of a timer. <br><br>Chopping, baking, stirring, frying, and so forth are accomplished with the stylus as players prepare a total of 65 recipes. Helping Lisa throughout her culinary career is a professional chef named Rachel Jones, who gently explains which ingredients and steps are involved to create a masterpiece meal. Five additional mini-games can be unlocked as you progress, from a cooking quiz and dishwashing activity to themed variants on memory and darts. Kitchens can also be customized with items earned throughout the game.

    it’s a good game when it works

    i used to have this game as a kid and i loved it but i had to get rid of it because it stopped working, and i missed it ever since. so i bought another copy of it, but it takes about 50 tries inserting and ejecting the cartridge before the system recognizes it. i think i just got another defective copy. so far, the game itself hasn’t froze, so fingers crossed i can actually finish it this time.

    Happy Cooking? I'm confused!

    This game is exactly like happy cooking. Same characters. Very similar tasks. Still too wordy! Purchased as a gift for my daughter & she already has it under a different title. A little disappointed with the game makers. Maybe they should have titled it, another adventure with Lisa in Happy Cooking of something. IF you have Happy Cooking do not purchase this game. Restart the assignments by erasing the save profile & save yourself some money!

    imagine: master chef :)

    The game was ok, not as fun as i thought it would be. A little girl teaches you how to cook certain foods, but when you tap it with your pen it takes a second for it to register that you tapped it. It's kinda fun to play, but you have to have a lot of patince, you have to read a lot. It may be good for a child under 8 years old.
