Put in an order on 1/19/24, a shipping label was created almost immediately. On 1/23/24, after I realized my package still hasn’t shipped, I reached out on Ebay to see what the status is with no response. I called their shop on 1/24/24 and they said my package has been sitting on a pallet all week. It has been 6 days (4 business days) and my package still hasn’t left their shop yet. I was told on the phone the guy who handles the EBay sales only works about half of the week.

We're very sorry about the delay in getting your order shipped out. As mentioned on the phone, we've had issues with FedEx not picking up our outgoing packages. Immediately after printing the label for the exhaust, it was left for pickup in our shipping and receiving area. We reported this problem to FedEx and hope to never have this issue again going forward. Again, we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience.
