    First timer happy

    This is the first time I've ever used a metal detector and wanted a well made, in the US, model with only the right features to start off with. After a month I'm impressed with it and for a newby it was fairly easy to get working in the basic manor. It'll take some time to learn all it can do but I think I made the right choice.

    Bad shipping job

    I recieved my At max wrapped in clear shrink wrap. You could easily see what the package was. The detector was not secured in the box and moving. Not sure if this was a floor model repackaged or used. When someone puts out $700 you would think the package would be perfect. Not happy

    Easy to use lightweight great features best product for your money.

    I have purchased the Garrett AT max. Watched all the videos about it used it 2nd day found lots of coins with no problem. i would highly recommended it to anybody that what to buy one.

    Has all the great features in a detector that cost twice as much.

    I have the Garrett AT-Pro and wanted to upgrade to the Garrett AT-Max because of the Z-Lynk wireless technology. Now I can use it in city parks and not bother other people with the noise the detector makes.
