The battery that came with the charger was thought to faulty when really it was just too cold from transit to accept a charge. After the seller insinuated that I used the wrong charger, he later realized that he was definitely in the wrong and apologized. I just had the chance to use this item and am extremely happy with it. The Battery doesn't seem to hold a charge as my other one dose. That's my only concern regarding this item. Because if that, and it's importance to running the wrench I'm giving a 3 star. Otherwise, it would have been a 5 star.
