      The jacket was listed as dark olive green but what arrived was BLACK. Seller said to return it for a refund but I’m 75 in a walker with no way to do that. The item was misrepresented and the seller won’t refund an elderly woman’s $ that she misled. She insists it’s green when it’s clearly Black.

      I stand by the color description provided in the listing. I offered the buyer a refund upon return of the item, but she declined to send the coat back while still requesting a full refund. I don’t believe it’s fair to expect a refund without a return. As our feedback shows, we take pride in being honest sellers and always strive to do right by our customers.
