Positive for the most part. Seller was unaware that the luminescent hour and minute hands and dial markers were no lonuvisible at night. I contacted the IWC store in Miami and gave them the serial and they were immediately able to tell me that the last time it was serviced was in 2006.The watch has been sent back to the factory for a battery, clean up, new dial Hands. Overall satisfied seller was great in communicating with in a prompt manner.
