Based on the anime series of the same name, Eureka Seven Vol. 1: The New Wave features a variety of gameplay experiences including vehicular, melee, and weapon-based combat, skateboard-style hoverboard racing called "lifting," and commanding large LFO robots. The government is looking for pilots to combat enemies of the state by taking control of assault LFO robots, and as a top-rated lifter named Sumner Stargeon, you are a natural choice for the draft. After joining the UF Force LFO Riders, you will lead your 'mech into battle in a variety of environments filled with obstacles and bad guys. When your not defending the free world from violent uprisings, you can compete in hover board races and exhibitions, as well as learn to execute 360 degree turns, ollies, carving, and aerial tricks.

good game
As a fan of Eureka Seven, I was pleased with the storyline, but the game has almost none of the main characters from the series. The game takes place 3 years before the start of the show unlike what the description says.

the outline is false this game takes place before the anime, the second one might take place during the anime. but over all the game was very good, but i wish you could do more tricks when lifting. it is a fast and fun game to play. give the game a A++++++++++++++ james bounds
