Overall, it is a good, useful "home gym," but there are some things buyers need to know before purchasing. GOOD ASPECTS: 1) Good, compact size, 2) Inexpensive, 3) Decent quality in materials and design UNFAVORABLE ASPECTS: 1) Instructions are not entirely clear, and the links they suggest go to dead ends - they are not helpful. I overcame this by finding a YouTube video for one of their similar products, and figuring things out on my own. It is helpful to have at least some mechanical acumen. 2) There is limited ability to "adjust" for the height and size of the user, especially in regard to the seat, (only one setting), and the leg extensions, (only one setting). 3) Not entirely stable, and best used on a solid, stable floor, or pad, but, if a user is ... Overall, it is a good, useful "home gym," but there are some things buyers need to know before purchasing. NOTE! AFTER ONE YEAR OF USE - It is important to note that an upper cable on this system completely "broke" after just one year of use. I noticed the cable had stretched, but I had no other clue the cable was about to break. When the cable broke, the Ebay seller DID HONOR the two-year Warranty even when manufacturer REFUSED. That's fine, and understandable, but every potential purchaser needs to know about the durability of this product, the availability of replacement parts, and whom will honor the warranty. The cable I needed was found on-line for $15, which is less than the price of an extended warranty. Also in regard to durability, it is important to note that the pulleys are all "plastic," and I suspect at least one of those will be the next part of this machine to fail. Better quality, upgrade pulleys are also available on-line. Additionally, after a year of use, the pads for the leg extension have all become indented, even after regular rotation to reduce wear. New pads are not easy to find, so I just use "homemade" pads made from old t-shirts to augment the existing pads by filling the gaps made from continual use. Wear and tear are normal to all products, and I do not feel that this product wears out any faster or worse than any others. Just note that there will be some maintenance involved if you buy this machine, and that includes greasing pulleys, replacing broken cables, and finding better padding. Still, for the price, it's a pretty good deal. After all, how much would you pay for the same access at a gym on machines you have to share with other people, and that may or may not be sanitized between each use?

Lightweight, strong if put together correctly, and juat the right size. Instructions aren't the greatest but overall great product for a reasonable price. Could use more adjustment options for chest press to hit more angles (upper chest especially).

Yes I recommend the gym it has a variety of different strength exercises. I chose this system because it did a few more exercises that some home gym systems didn’t have. One thing they forgot to add was stickers for the weights. For the user would know what they are lifting.
