Overall positive experience, item was listed as "new" condition but box is really ripped up and item had clearly been un-packed. Since its a gift for someone I know, they'll appreciate that I saved some $ and won't mind the condition but if this were any other gift I'd be thoroughly disappointed in the condition. The item does work so thats a positive, everything else would have been better to know up front but not a deal breaker. Shipping was quick.
