Part of my daily supplements
I take two in the morning empty stomach. I take them along with two True Focus from NOW. Later in the day, I'll take 1-2 more of each, usually. They always provide me with mental and physical energy, zero negative side effects. I would much rather take something like this than a prescription which often has all kinds of hideous side effects.

I come from a family with several members who are medically diagnosed as depressives, bi polar and schizophrenic. Where as I am not diagnosed as such, I am aware of occasional periods of depression when all things in my life are going great. These periods are not fun at all! I started taking NOW Mood Support and by doing so, these periods have not returned. I ran out for a while and after about 3 weeks I noticed some mental changes creeping in so was so pleased I found these on line as the stores were all out of it probably due to Covid19. I spoke with my Osteopath about all this and he trusts NOW supplements and is pleased I have found this solution.
