Several items came in damaged due to very poor packaging. Seller was contacted right away. Claims to open a case with the USPS. I have received several different stories about getting a partial refund. To date, nothing has been done to issue a partial refund. Seller admits the case was resolved and paid out by the USPS. Seller claims ebay advised it would be fixed on 03/07. It's 03/18 and ebay says they can't help. The seller basically convinced me to wait while the 30 day return time ran out!
