I bought this cooler to use with a Intel Xeon Bronze 3104, and I found this cooler to be very good and quiet, I expected it to be much louder. With a 205W power it seems to cover most of the range of processors, and remain affordable. Temperatures were as expected and with the cpu running stock in a room which was about 22C the CPU didnt really pass more than 40C under load.
