Pure junk. Asked for refund twice, lots of promises and apologies. It’s worth $10.99 to give them this negative review. Says it ships from the US but it took forever to arrive. No packing material in plastic bag it was shipped it and it’s an electronic device! They asked “did you read the directions?”: there WERE no directions in the package. Want a good hand crank generator? Find the white one w/a specked hand crank and green batteries on eBay: U.S. seller, ships fast and it works great.
