The only potential negative is that they are on heavy paperboard backing and were shipped in a plastic envelope so that the 'cards' were bent. They wouldn't look nice to include in a gift basket or stocking but are great for what I need. I did have one question and seller responded very quickly! Very prompt shipping.     Waste of money

    Got this for my pregnant girlfriend who was suffering with bad nausea and morning sickness. She read these were helpful so we bought some. They are a complete waste of money. She used them for a few days and did not notice any difference. Don't waste your money on this.
