    I purchased an item from this seller. When I received it the Post Office advised it didn't have enough postage. The postage either had to be paid or the item returned. I paid the postage. I contacted seller and was told the postage was correct they had it weighed. There was no offer to try to make this right or even I'm sorry this happed. It was basically a matter of they're wrong and I'm right. I would have felt better about the situation if it had been handled a little differently.

    I'm sorry. I responded to you with an explanation that I had it weighed & added postage for that weigh requirement for the package. I did ask you a couple of question in which you never responded.Since you didn't respond, I felt you were done with it until you left me negative feedback. I asked you to follow up with your post office & asked if you just paid the mailman cash(which I've never hear of) or if there was some kind of receipt for your purchase. You never responded.
