    I dont have another choice for so I have to buy this one.

    Unfortunately, this is the only Transducer that works for my Garmin Echo Fish Finder. I have had 2 of these failed because they are made out of thin plastic. Garmin needs to make the Plastic much thicker or make it out of aluminum, something more durable. It breaks at the same spot everytime.

    The transducers only last about one year but the echo 500 is an awesome tool to help catch fish if you understand how to use it while fishing
