    Good buy on a phone line simulator

    This is a good product and it does everything it is supposed to do. It is useful for a number of applications including communications and testing phones on the bench. It helped me isolate a bad phone at home. Something was causing a false pickup after the first ring. I tested all of my phones and found the defective one had leaked battery acid and it caused a burn on a printed circuit board. I repaired it and put it back into service. I initially thought the problem was caused by my ATT U-Verse modem but I wanted to be sure before calling for service. Since the problem was intermittent I had to do a lot of ringing to isolate the problem. This little gem did the trick. I may not use it a lot but when I do it will save me a lot of time. Glad I bought it.

    Phone Line Emulator

    Unit is a nice compact item that works very well. It is very useful for testing devices that require a phone line for transfer of data or programming. I have looked at a number of devices similar to this at a more costly price but feel this item to be equal at a much more reasonable price.

    Small, Lightweight and Rugged with very High Quality Audio

    There are still a good many systems which have an analog telephone (POTS) interface, i.e. emergency paging systems, industrial telephones, modems, fax, etc. This is the perfect device for testing these systems and for troubleshooting them.
