    This was as pictured & described. It is a Creative Memories 7x7 page protectors only, 12 sheets. Item was new & packaged well for shipping. Shipping was fast. I don't think they carry this in the new Creative Memories so finding it on eBay was a good option. I think the price was a bit high, however it was new & I understand competitor pricing. It was in it's original packaging, sheets were between 2 heavy cardboards & shrink wrapped & shipped in bubble envelope. Item was in great condition.
