      Item was very nice, and as represented. Works great, Cats love it. My only negative is that it was shipped in its original box with no other exterior protection or packaging. Shipping label was taped on the box. This was to be a Xmas present. This being a new product, during the holidays in wet weather. Unfortunately, box was soaking wet . More consideration should have been given to packaging, perhaps in another box. But love the actual item
