They refuse to reassure me that I will be able to return this item and have not accepted my return request. They simply keep repeating that the item was working before they shipped it. Coincidentally, the seller does not accept returns. I would not trust this seller.Follow-up from: k***k- Feedback followed up by buyer.- Feedback followed up by buyer.Additionally, this seller is now requesting a long list of troubleshooting steps to complete on this defective item (described as "Fully Functional") before they are willing to send me a prepaid return label. This includes asking me to OPEN UP a subwoofer and inspect for any electrical issues or a blown fuse. When I contacted eBay about this, they ensured me that this is inappropriate and to NOT open up the subwoofer. eBay is stepping in and the seller still has not approved my return request.
