Next time the custom’s issues and fees must be listed as the first part of the description.
In this country you cannot make a sale without it being crystal clear upfront (nothing small print or at the end of the contract) that the agreed upon sale price can be increased by taxes and duties. You did not and further you must allow people to return it if it exceeds their budget
However I did receive it and it works well.
