Used on a shotgun. Stands up to recoil of magnum loads and holds sight well.
This is a good investment for a quality sight system for a shotgun to take to the Turkey woods. The early morning dim light is over come by the lighted sight, small dot, is deadly on a turkey head.

Great value in a very capable dot-sight
My dot-sight arrived safe and intact boxed in it's original packaging. This is a great value dot-sight. I was searching for a green-dot with a choice of reticles for my PCC (carbine). This one includes a 2-MOA dot surrounded by a ~45-MOA circle which was the combination I sought. I've had it installed for 6-months and it has held zero through several thousand-rounds of 9MM in practical shooting matches. It is still on the original battery. The size and shape of the glass makes it easy to keep both eyes open and on the target. In very bright light I do have to turn it up to the highest illumination setting however, it's been visible all summer in outdoor practice and matches.My dot-sight arrived safe and intact boxed in it's original packaging. Nice little sight
I bought this to mount on my wife's S&W 22 Victory after wasting our time and money on an NCStar sight. This mounted easily and with the tri color / multiple rectile settings, you can set it up to your likes or dislikes. We have a similar TruGlo on her 9mm carbine and love it. We can't wait to get her Victory sighted in. Avoid NCStar if possible. Called their service center due to a large blurry and too bright "dot" and was told to look through it with my phone lens.
