It looks like it was kicked around on the football field. However it works ok. There was no damage to the shipping box, so they knew it was like this before it was shipped. It was just a back-up unit to me that sits on a bottom shelf. To someone else, like you, it would certainly matter.

Fast shipping and the seller was really helpful, and directly offered refund if the shipping problem was not resolved in timely manner. I think the pricing was fair. The monitor has 2 dead green subpixels (which was not in description), one got fixed with eraser massage. I wish it was tested for dead pixels prior and the info was added to item description. Overall, good experience.
