Item was listed as new but product was scratched and dinged all over and it wasn't from shipping because the packaging was excellent. I could have used the pulleys so I asked for discount but was told to return for a refund.

We don't sell used item. All item sold are brand new. Buyer made it a point in communication that he was unhappy with product, we provided him a return label right away. We gave the buyer two options, a full refund or replacement once the item is returned. Then he started listing off other pulley brands who had given him a partial refund before & want us to do the same. Lets not kid ourselves, this was what he was after the entire time. Another discount on top of the 5% off he already gotten
