    I experienced such a hassle of a transaction with this seller that could have very well been avoided if they didnt lack communication, were honest and consistent with their message responses to my inquiries, and didnt use false advertising on their item's listing. In the end, I returned my item and fortunately did get a full refund. I was then promised by the seller a free item to compensate for their mistakes. Sadly to say, it's been quite awhile now and I never received said item.

    I'm a bit confused. You requested a free item of underwear in a size that was clearly too large for you—so much so that you had no intention of keeping what you received.
