Product Information

Like its arcade counterpart, Front Line is a top-down, vertical-scrolling game of war that puts you in the middle of combat as a lone soldier who must invade enemy territory and single-handedly knock out the enemy's fortress. Players will travel over tricky terrain while fighting against overwhelming odds.<br><br>You must evade attacks while searching out and destroying lumbering tanks, until finally storming the river's bridge to demolish the enemy fort. In addition to hoofing it on foot, you can also locate and enter small, quick machine gun tanks or heavy, slow shell-firing tanks. After destroying the fort, you are transferred to a new and more difficult front. <br><br>There are four one-player and four two-player games, ranging in skill levels one through four. You start the game with five soldiers and receive a bonus soldier for each round you complete (up to a maximum of five soldiers in all).

Cartridge came in pretty good shape, although the contact things on the bottom looked kinda dirty, but I doubt it's anything a q-tip can't take care of, but the cartridge still worked great. the actual game is also pretty fun too, just going around blasting enemy soldiers and hopping into tanks to blow up other tanks, and the explosions combined with getting points for blowing stuff up is pretty satisfying and fun to do, I also liked the graphics, nice and colorful.👍

    El jugador toma el papel de un soldado solitario, el cual está en una peligrosa misión, armado con una pistola y granadas, que es atacado por un ejército de soldados, el objetivo es destruir la fortaleza del ejército, y así lograr que se rinda, Los enemigos pueden aparecer en cualquier lugar de la pantalla, intentando matar a tu soldado, En una parte del juego hay una guerra de tanques, el jugador verá uno en el camino, de color azul. Los de los enemigos son verdes. Hay dos tipos de tanques; un tanque simple equipado con ametralladora, muy pequeño pero muy ligero, el otro tanque está equipado con un cañón, es más grande y lento, y cuando es golpeado, el soldado puede bajar del tanque y luego volver a subir a él, reparándolo (No se exactamente como se baja, solo presiono repetodamente el ...

    Ok game

    This is a kind of Commando/Ikari Warriors top down shooter, right down to the jumping into tanks and things. It’s an ok game, but the element of shooting in itself is tricky, and the player hit detection is a bit off since my character sprite seemed to get stuck on tree’s while the enemies walked right through them. Not, the best Atari 2600 game but not the worst either.
