Item was in very poor shape. said it was new but wasn't. I tried to contact seller. Seller ignore the fact. I asked for a replacement and haven't heard anything back yet. Shipping took along time to arrive. All in all the was one of the worst experiences I had to deal with with sellers who don't back up their defective items.

Shipping was great, but the actual part was brittle, I just tried to install parts I received from you and both of them just fell apart in my hands while trying to install, all you have to do is snap on a hole and both parts crumpled in my hands.
