Upon contacting them they were understanding of the error and issued me a free return label. I’m from the Caribbean and I utilize a US freight forwarding service to receive packages. It would have cost me more than the cost price of the purchased item to ship the product back to be eligible for a refund so I didn’t bother to.

    NICE SHOWER CONTROL VALVE

    This valve works great. Easy to use. It will shut the water off completely if so desired. Very easy to install. I have read that some other brands do not allow the water to be shut off, but let it keep dripping etc. I picked the RIGHT one.

    Shower head shut off valve

    My shower head were dripping for the last three years, few plummers recommended to replace the whole unit which they need to cut into the wall! I Google and found this shut off valve, work perfectly.

    No more RV shower head drip

    Most brand new shut-off valves, brass or other, still let some water trickle through. Not this particular brass valve. Zero leakage from residual water so far, whether or not the RV water pump is left on. Also has a very smooth 1/4 turn lever.
