Exceeded My Expectations
My physical therapist suggested a Thera Cane for working out tight knots in my upper back and shoulders. I chose the Max after reading enough reviews saying it was sufficiently durable once reassembled. I am very glad I ordered it! The green Thera Cane Max is well made and durable. It screws together easily and securely and is completely stable. The cane came with a good instruction booklet, and a DVD, which I did not watch. I found the booklet useful, and the cane seems intuitively easy to use on my sore muscles so I'm satisfied with the way I'm currently using it. I will probably watch the DVD at some point to learn more when I have time. After experimenting with the Thera Cane a few times I found I could also use it to work out tension and soreness in my neck and lower back. I'm sure I will find it useful in other ways. I wish I had found out about and bought it years ago.

Can’t live without my theracane!
I have two one-piece theracanes at home. I let people borrow one when they need it. I’m a flight attendant and have always wished I could get it in my carry-on. Now I can! And it’s just as amazing g as the one-piece.
