Good product with limitations.
My order arrived on time and was packaged well. It is well built and easy to connect and use. I have used this code reader on a 1997 Honda CR-V, 2005 Toyota Tundra, 2005 Honda Accord and 2007 Honda Fit with no problems. However, when I reset old ABS codes on my 2005 Honda Pilot, the VSA fault indicator came on and would not reset. I had to take it to the Honda dealer to have a system relearn performed. Overall this is a good product, but with possible limitations on vehicles with stability assist.

big problem with Innova, not the tool
I bought this tool because I could hook it up to my computer to graph, print reports and upgrade the tool. thats what the description states. IT DOES NOT! OBD data link is no longer supported by Innova and the tools ability to connect to it have been disabled. I wanted this feature to keep a record of the sensor values of my vehicles over time. if you plug this tool into your computer, It will open a web page called "Repair Solutions", that does non of the stuff Data Link did, but does come with a hefty $399.00 subscription fee to access. Innova still advertises the ability to print reports on there web site under the description of this tool (31603) Very deceptive. I will attempt to return the tool

It works well
These devices are rugged and handy. Other technologies, like cellphones, are making them obsolete. If I could have found an application that reads ABS and SRS codes from Mopar; I would not have bought this device. The manufacturer of these devices will need to offer 100% access to vehicles at a better price than automobile manufacturers to stay in the marketplace. I will anticipate those all access devices, noting that current all access devices currently cost only a few dollars more.

Great scanner easy 2 use
Easy to use innova scanner, prompts for model & VIN recognition, also stores DTC as well as life code readings and Module tests can be performed. Airbag rest & diagnosis to some extent for under $300 this is a great value and 2nd Innova scanner we use at our shop.

Great Tool for a DIY
I’m a DIY with three high-mileage cars to keep on the road. The Innova 31603 has definitely made it easier to maintain these vehicles. I have had this tool for about three months so I cannot vouch for its longevity, but it looks like a solid, well-made instrument. The tool is very intuitive to use. The manual, which you download from the Innova website, is one of the best written manuals I’ve seen. It not only gives you an excellent overview of OBDII, but it explains the why and wherefore of the various modules. This tool is worth every cent you pay for it. I found out that my vehicles were nearly in perfect conditions as far as codes, including those that do not set the MIL. In summary, there is nothing that I don’t like about this tool, and a whole lot that I like. I highly recommend it.

Lots of features for a good price!
This thing does abs, air bags, dtc's, and live data. Very nice display that's easy to read. Comes in a nice case to keep it looking new. I've used it 3 times and it works great!

Quality scanner with some limitations..
BTW, having limitations is the norm for scanners these days. It does not cover a few vehicles and some functions are not available on all vehicles, but again this seems to be the norm for scanners under $250. Overall, I really appreciate the excellent readout, layout and functionality of this scanner. It exudes quality all around. My only real complaint is the pricing for the repair solutions on the pro scanners, such as the 31603. Then again, these solutions can usually be found online or more importantly in the OEM shop repair manuals. kd
