    Good for ya stuff but costly

    I have used “Almond Flour “ for some years now. I believe that I see a rise in popularity and I suspect that a price increase has followed that rise for profits sake! The discovery of multiple new offerings does cause one to suspect profit by “popularity!” The option to procure in larger amounts would be welcome!

    Not ground as advertised

    Although this manufacturer claims the flour is superfine ground, the two bag I have gotten are course lay ground in comparison to others. It doesn’t matter in almond flour chips but it does make a difference in almond flour biscuits. It is good quality flour, just not exactly as the package advertises.

    Perfect for a low carb diet

    Perfect for a low carb diet...makes tasty breads, pancakes, waffles, muffins, and mixes well for breading. I love it as a substitute for Biscuit mix in sausage cheese balls and it freezes really well. It doesn't have a strong or whangy flavor and doesn't overpower other tastes in any recipe so far.
