Fast and free shipping, great seller and merchandise. The soundbar and accessories were included (except a manual) but that's just a Google search away. Did not look used/refurbished, sounds great, no complaints about the product itself. What was not included that was in original packaging, are some brackets for mounting the side/back speakers to a to a wall. A few other nuts and bolts for attaching the soundbar to a wall as well. Idc about that though, all the important parts were included.

The sound from this is awesome. Upon testing and setting the balance and separation between front and rear speakers, I wound up listening to orchestral rock for half the evening. Once I mount the rear speakers, I think I'm feeling Mahler... Although there was no user manual, a quick call to Vizio support steered me in the right direction, and it's quite logical. (But the lady with Tech Support is gonna send me a hard copy of the user manual, in case I missed any secrets...)

    Would definitely do it again.

    Only had it for a few months. We purchased this system to go with a new 3d flat screen. It has been one of those "looks good, sounds great" deals. I would recommend this system to anyone. More bang for the buck (as they say) With our setup this 5:1 walks all over the 3:1 models that we looked at! Not real familiar with the Vizio brand but I feel good saying buy it and enjoy it. You folks Be and Stay Safe!

    Best sound system for the money!

    My dad has the visio sb3821 which is just the sound bar and subwoofer and I really liked his so I went looking for it and found this one but I must say springing for the extra few dollars for this one with the 2 rear surround sound speakers makes all the difference Omg! It sounds amazing! The bass is deep! The sound bar is loud and fills the room and the 2 rear speakers give off all the background noises. I purchased mines for gaming but I can't turn them off! Connects almost anyway you want via rca, aux, digital optical (I use this for best sound) and hdmi arc if your TV supports it. Very satisfied as I rarely do reviews but had to spread the word! It's usually around $300 new so if you can find a deal don't miss it! I also mounted the rear speakers up top in my living room that is about ...

    Great Sound bar for the money

    I was looking at Bose and seen this, got twice the sound bar for less, great sound and easy hook up. while it says reconditioned mine looked like new and even came with optic cord most don't. No instructions come with it but common sense and your be up and running within five minutes. If your looking for high end sound bar you may want to pass on this one, but if your on a budget like most are for $99 you will not go wrong great sound, is as good as my Sony that I had for 9 years before it quit and I paid well over $300 for it..

    Does a fantastic job, at sub-200 range.

    Bass is deep, highs are pronounced, projects through the room very well. Set up was super easy, plug and play. The L and R speakers connected to the sub have SUPER long cords, has to be 20+ feet, so you can run them pretty far. Recommend using the HDMI for the ARC capability, then you can use your regular tv remote to adjust it's volume, the TV will control it accordingly.
