Grill has clearly been left outside before coming to me. There is rust on the griddle portion, so clearly not new condition as stated.
The grill also arrived with no box, so now I have no way of returning it without spending a fortune. Seller has been anything but helpful throughout the situation. Avoid this seller at all cost, so you don’t get ripped off too.

Griddle box came absolutely demolished. No packaging what so ever. Contents of the box where dented and smashed, rivets sheered off, and warped pieces that do not align to their proper location.
When seller was confronted about the dilemma, they offered to ship the griddle back. The next day when I agreed, they backed out. For lack of better words I was told to pound sand. They said It was the manufactures problem, not there’s.
DON’T waist your time here folks! Unprofessional to say the least!
