Positive but was disappointed with the shipping time and since this was a liquid there should have been some plastic encasing even a ziplock bag over the toner item because it could have spilled in shipment. It was in a plastic envelope but this type of item needs to be put in plastic itself like a ziplock bag for the best shipping quality
