    I experienced such a hassle of a transaction with this seller that could have very well been avoided if they didnt lack communication, were honest and consistent with their message responses to my inquiries, and didnt use false advertising on their item's listing. In the end, I returned my item and fortunately did get a full refund. I was then promised by the seller a free item to compensate for their mistakes. Sadly to say, it's been quite awhile now and I never received said item.

    I'm a bit confused. You requested a free item of underwear in a size that was clearly too large for you—so much so that you had no intention of keeping what you received.     I was determined to make this Bose Sounddock work, no matter what!

    The sound is awesome at all levels. Although I did have my share of trouble with it playing music with my Ipod mounted on the sound dock. It wouldn't play at all, no matter what I tried. I ended-up using a adapter that mounts on the sound dock connector and then gets it's sound through the ear-plug port on my Ipod.

    The most clean sound in the world!

    this by far is the 3rd speaker of this model I buy, not because they have any issues but because I love it! I have one at home, one at my summer house and another at mi office, the quality is just amazing.
