    Excellent - Look no further!

    Ebay asked me to write a comment, but I actually bought the Sony NAV-U44 GPS not the NAV-U70, but aside from the 2-way speaker system, it's the same (u44 is cheaper on ebay but is no longer sold on sony.com). I bought this gps because I am attending more social occasions in areas throughout the city where I don't usually travel. I tend to get lost easily and I stink with directions (its acurate within 300 feet). It recalulates after missed turns very quickly. The Sony NAV-U44 GPS (or any sony gps) is perfect for single men who don't have a wife to tell them where to turn, lol. I can't get good directions at gas stations anymore, don't know why. This gps has everything I need. I think I paid about $86 on ebay - no bids, just the price (including sales tax and s/h). It has never led ...

    Sony is Fast when you need it

    This unit starts up slowly, finds satellites, then really rocks! While it has tons of features, it has something none of the others do! It takes ZERO time to recalculate if you miss a turn (especially at high speeds) because it is always calculating alternate routes knowing that we humans can miss turns. This is a huge advantage when driving at speeds at 50mph or higher because you know what to do when you miss a turn because of traffic or millions of other reasons. No other unit I have tried does this advance planning. So be patient as it starts up, it is worth the wait for the advanced features it has. I love this unit, it is the second sony I have purchased. I have tried four other brands, some good, some terrible.... Sony rocks.

    GREAT LITTLE GPS!

    This is my third Sony NAVU I purchased. They are easy to use and cheap to buy! Sony also supplies the first updates for free! They said they felt that paying for the unit was enough and shouldn't charge for the updates to start your GPS for usage. I think that's well said!!!

    Sony NV-U70T Car GPS

    Portable... easy use....however the screen needs to be larger. Purchase was made due to cost and in a quick hurry.

    GPS Unit

    This GPS is an older model and thus it is less expensive than some of the newer models. It has enough weight that if I was in a crash, it could do some damage while being thrown around the car...I wouldn't want to get hit in the face with it. It doesn't appear to have any trouble receiving a signal without an external antenna.
