Instead of buttons on the sides, or holes for the charging port, microphone, etc., the Coach designers just cut out irregular-shaped pieces of the sides of the case. It looks terrible, with parts of the phone not covered by the case, and it feels even worse. Your fingers have to access the original phone buttons that are now recessed well below the surface of the case. I tossed it.
