    New to Maca

    I have been taking this three times daily as recommended. I know that everyone reacts to natural remedies differently. I have not taken Maca from any other merchant or provider so I really have nothing to compare this to. I myself only notice effects when I missed a dose. I felt slightly lethargic. Otherwise I wouldn't say I gained any energy. I had been taking Ashwaghanda which I replaced with this Maca. I would say I need more experience. Anything is worth a try in my opinion.
