HI, VENDORS OF UJALA EYE DROPS (meetgem, joom, etc) - two (already paid) shipments since October 2024 were dispatched but had been since, both, blocked at Austrian Customs due to wrong or missing documents. Both shipments are on their way back to vendors (joom and meetgem) since November 2024 but up to date, no response nor refunds were effected. that is why i am completely disappointed with vendors they are unable to supply correct shipping and customs documents for this product....🤬☹️
